这两天，@“反诈民警老陈”的直播连麦视频火遍全网，据报道，“当直播 PK遇到反诈警察”话题迅速登上抖音热榜第一、今日头条热榜前5位，并登上微博热搜榜前5。直播数据显示，9月3日晚“反诈警官老陈”前后两场直播观看人次累计超过3800万，获赞超过1亿次。

原来，这是河北秦皇岛反诈民警陈国平在通过连线PK的方式，和多位主播合作宣传反诈知识，呼吁网友下载国家反诈中心APP。
"Hello, I'm an anti-fraud live-streaming host. Have you downloaded an app called National Anti-fraud Center?"
These are the typical lines of 43-year-old Chen Guoping, an anti-fraud police officer in Qinhuangdao, North China's Hebei province, when he records live and recommends netizens to install the mobile app developed by the Ministry of Public Security and the National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team.
而在直播连麦的过程中，陈国平有时也会意外地连到了各种各样的对象……

Dressed in his blue police uniform with a badge of the Party pinned on it, Chen sometimes bewilders other live-stream hosts who take the PK challenge with him, creating a slew of hilarious scenes when his counterparts mistake him as a cos-player at first sight and later rush to prove their innocence after realizing his real identity.
Clips of awkward moments have amused countless netizens and went viral.
当“西厂厂花”遇到反诈警官
陈警官在和装扮成“西厂厂花”的主播连麦时，只见对方主播的笑容先是凝固了。

接着他有些紧张地解释道，“我是搞笑的，哥，我啥事都没犯，我就娱乐的，我是搞笑的……”
进入正题后，陈警官向“西厂厂花”介绍起了“国家反诈中心APP”，还给他交代了一个重要任务：让他在后续的直播连麦中帮忙宣传反诈。
接到“任务”，他立刻笔直地敬了个礼，并表决心：“这一晚上我啥活也不干了，你说啥我干啥，保证完成任务！”

接到任务后，“西厂厂花”还真开足了马力宣传反诈，跟谁连麦都喊人赶紧下载反诈APP。“我乃西厂厂花雨化田，请问阁下下载国家反诈中心APP了没？”

还有一次连麦，陈警官遇上了一位可爱的“小姐姐”。

当听说骗子会冒充女性，对男性受害人实施诈骗，“小姐姐”主播笑容瞬间消失了……

只见“小姐姐”一把摘下长发头套，恢复"汉子"本色，还称自己没有骗过人，穿女装只是为了逗粉丝开心。

还有一次，当陈警官连上一位cosplay主播的直播间，就发生了下面这一幕……
一上来，陈警官还是那一句熟悉的开场白：“您好，我是反诈主播，请问您是什么主播？” 没想到的是，主播看到他后，只是随意问道：“你今天cos的什么？”

而另一边，陈警官则继续淡定地开始了他的反诈宣传：“丑也好，俊也好，这都是外表，我们的内在一定要表现好。你下载国家反诈中心APP了吗？”
陈警官系列连麦视频的走红，也让一股反诈宣传热潮迅速在各平台兴起。

最后甚至形成了“闭环”，有主播连上线后突然掏出了一个国家反诈中心APP的下载图片，把陈警官都逗笑了，连连说“对对对”。

At the end of each PK challenge, Chen usually reminds the host to spread the news to help promote anti-fraud practices. With those hosts read to fulfill the missions, the publicity of the app seems to enter a never-ending loop.
Unsurprisingly, Chen ran into a host who instantly showcased a logo sticker of the National Anti-fraud Center before he even started to introduce himself during a live stream.
Recently, the anti-fraud application has shot to the top of China's iOS App Store charts.
老陈：我的目标是“天下无诈”
在接受媒体采访时，今年43岁的陈国平表示，做反诈宣传是从2018年开始的，自编、自演、自导一些反诈题材的微视频，去年九月开始做的直播。他还自己原创了一首反诈歌曲，请网络歌手作曲，一起合唱。
“看到大家都在玩短视频，我们作为新型网络违法犯罪的办案人员，就得创新，不能落后，要跟着环境变化而变化。”

陈警官介绍，自己一般是在周五和双休日等业余时间直播，平时直播一场一般3个小时。之所以选择与主播连麦“PK”的方式，是因为无意间发现这种形式效果很好。
直播视频走红后，陈警官在视频中向广大主播喊话，他在直播中不开打赏，但希望主播们如果被连上了不要拒绝，大家一起宣传反诈，让更多的人懂得如何防范。
陈警官表示，自己的目标是“全民反诈、天下无诈”。“光打不防打不完，我们需要提升防范环境，通过宣传，让更多人知道，更多人宣传，让每一个人都知道防范诈骗的知识，都懂得怎么防。”
"I've been promoting anti-fraud awareness since 2018," Chen said during an interview with ChinaNews on Sept 5. He filmed some short videos on anti-fraud issues and became a live host last September. To better cater to different audiences, he also invited some online singers to compose and sing the song he wrote.
"Now short videos have become a new trend. As a police officer who targets network crimes, I'm thinking of innovative ways to promote anti-fraud practices," he said.
Chen makes use of his leisure time to do the live-streaming and usually broadcasts for around three hours a day.
