日本政府正式决定将东京电力公司福岛第一核电站内储存的核废水排放入海后，全球都在关注其核废水的后续处理问题。
14日，艺人任豪发布绿洲动态并同步到微博，提出用“更大的罩子”将福岛核电站封闭的想法治理核废水。同时，任豪建议中国“帮他一把”，因为地球是“共同的家”。动态的结尾则是一句：想法很简单，要杠你就赢。
After the Japanese government announced their decision to release more than a million tons of treated wastewater from the Fukushima nuclear power plant into the ocean, Ren Hao wrote a now deleted weibo proposing China to offer its assistance to solve the issue. “Regarding the Fukushima nuclear plant in Japan, if we utilize a larger cover to seal the area, we can close it off as a nuclear wastewater treatment plant. If our motherland is willing to help, the whole world will be able to witness Chinese might and the wonders of Chinese engineering. 氚吉祥物被批后下架
日本决定将核废水排放入海引发全球关注。一旦被排入大海，这些污水会随着太平洋洋流，污染世界多地。此外，污水中还有其他致命放射性物质。不过，面对这样的问题，日本有关部门却“另辟蹊径”。
日本复兴厅于13日上线了氚吉祥物，其形象出现在传单和视频中，希望用这一可爱角色缓解民众对于核污水的担忧（戳这里回顾）。
不过事与愿违，日本网友在社交媒体上强烈批评这一行为，吉祥物也于周三晚间下架。
The Reconstruction Agency on Tuesday released a flyer and video on its website featuring the radioactive substance tritium as a cute character to dispel concerns about the government's decision. However, many Japanese took to social media to oppose the decision. The mascot were removed Wednesday night.
The day after the mascot was revealed, the agency issued a statement saying that it would revise the design and temporarily take down the previously published flyers and videos. The statement said, "We have received many comments on the flyer and video published on April 13 and, based on this, we will revise the design of the flyer and video regarding radioactive tritium. As a result, the previously released flyers and videos are temporarily taken down."
在宣传内容中，氚吉祥物声称，向大海排放含有氚的水，是全球核电站的标准操作。
In the flyers and video, the character explains that ocean release of water containing tritium is standard practice at nuclear power plants around the world.
对于角色的设置，日本复兴厅此前曾表示，此举旨在赋予放射性氚一种既不是“善”也不是“恶”的中间感觉（an intermediate feeling that is neither “good” nor “evil”）。

"Nuclear power plants are highly specialized and difficult to understand. We want many people to take an interest in them," said an agency official, adding the mascot would be redesigned in line with the views of the public.

外交部部长助理吴江浩15日召见日本驻华大使垂秀夫，就日本政府决定以海洋排放方式处置福岛核电站事故废水提出严正交涉。
China's Assistant Foreign Minister Wu Jianghao Thursday summoned the Japanese ambassador to China Tarumi Hideo. Wu lodged solemn representations against the Japanese government's decision to dump the wastewater from the Fukushima nuclear plant into the sea.
吴江浩指出，日方有关决定置全球海洋环境于不顾，置国际公共健康安全和周边国家人民切身安全利益于不顾，涉嫌违反国际法和国际规则，不是现代文明国家所为。中方对此表示强烈不满和坚决反对。
Wu said Japan's relevant decision disregarded the global marine environment, the safety of international public health, and the security interests of people from the surrounding countries.He said such a decision is a violation of international law and rules and should not be a behavior of a modern civilized country. "China is strongly dissatisfied with and firmly opposes this decision," Wu said.
吴江浩表示，中方强烈敦促日方认清自身责任，秉持科学态度，履行国际义务。一是重新审视福岛核电站事故废水处置问题，收回排放入海错误决定；二是在国际机构框架下成立包括中国专家在内的联合技术工作组，确保核废水处置问题严格接受国际评估、核查和监督；三是在同利益攸关方和国际机构协商一致之前，不得擅自启动核废水排海。中方将继续同国际社会一道，密切关注事态发展，保留作出进一步反应的权利。
China urges Japan to recognize the responsibilities it shoulders and fulfill its international obligations in a scientific manner, said Wu. He said that Japan should review the issue of disposing of the wastewater from the Fukushima nuclear plant and withdraw its decision to dump the wastewater into the sea.
Wu said a joint technical working group, which includes Chinese experts, should be set up under the framework of the international institutions, to ensure that the disposal of nuclear wastewater is strictly under international evaluation, checks, and supervision.
Before reaching a consensus with all relevant stakeholders and international institutions through consultations, Japan should not discharge the nuclear wastewater into the sea, said Wu.He added that China will, together with the international community, continue to closely watch the development of the matter and reserves the right to make further responses.

“积极研究” 提交国际海洋法法庭

South Korean President Moon Jae-in met Koichi Aiboshi, Japan's new ambassador to Seoul, at the presidential complex to receive his credentials. During the meeting, Moon told Aiboshi that South Korea has a "very great concern" over Japan's decision to dump the radioactive wastewater into the ocean as the country is geographically closest to and shares the sea with Japan. Moon asked Aiboshi to convey his message and the concerns among the South Korean government and people to the Japanese government.

同日，文在寅同一天在青瓦台内部会议上指示各部门“积极研究”将日本排放核废水入海一事提交国际海洋法法庭。
Blue House spokesman Kang Min-seok told a press briefing that President Moon Jae-in instructed secretaries during an internal meeting to actively review referring Japan to the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea for Tokyo's decision to dump the contaminated water into the ocean.

美国FDA
日本食品仍被禁止进入美国
尽管美国国务卿布林肯在推特上“感谢”日本政府“做出的公开透明的努力”，但是美国有关部门却显然另有计划，比如依旧禁止一系列日本食品进入美国。
据美国食品药品管理局（FDA）3月4日更新的第99-33进口警示，其名目为：由于放射性污染，未经检验的日本产品将被扣留。警示中的日本产品则包括鲜奶、蔬菜、鱼类海产品等。
