国庆档电影《长津湖》，带我们重温了志愿军战士在冰雪战场上英勇卫国的感人事迹。然而，在社交媒体上却又有“大V”发布侮辱英烈的言论。这一举动引发网友强烈不满，有关部门开展调查后进行了通报。
10月8日，海南省公安厅官方微博@海南警方通报，10月7日，公安机关接群众举报，网民“罗某平”在新浪微博发布侮辱抗美援朝志愿军英烈的违法言论，造成恶劣影响。三亚市公安局吉阳分局于当天依法传唤罗某平（男，湖南长沙人，40岁，新浪微博名“罗某平”）并开展调查。
经审查，罗某平对其通过微博发表侮辱抗美援朝志愿军英烈言论的违法行为供认不讳。目前，三亚市公安局吉阳分局已经以涉嫌“侵害英雄烈士名誉、荣誉罪”对罗某平刑事拘留，案件正在进一步办理中。
Luo Changping, an online celebrity and senior journalist who satirized and humiliated the Chinese People's Volunteers (CPVs) martyrs on his Sina Weibo account, was put under criminal detention by the Jiyang public security bureau in Sanya of Hainan Province on Friday.

On October 7, the bureau received a tip from the public on a netizen surnamed Luo making illegal remarks to humiliate CPVs on Sina Weibo and has caused baneful influence. The Jiyang branch of Sanya public security bureau summoned Luo, 40-year-old resident from Changsha of Hunan Province, in accordance with laws and investigated the case, according to a release from the Jiyang branch on Friday. Luo confessed his illegal activities and was put under criminal detention for allegedly violating heroes and martyrs' dignity and fame. The investigation is ongoing, said the release.
当天，微博管理员账号也公布了相关处理事项：依据法律法规要求和《微博社区公约》相关规定，平台对@罗昌平账号予以关闭处理。
On the same day, Sina Weibo released a notice and said that the platform has shut down Luo's account for his remarks. The platform takes zero tolerance on all activities that defame heroes and martyrs.

据网友反映，@罗昌平大约有200多万粉丝，曾于6日在微博上加入了对电影《长津湖》的讨论，其中言语侮辱志愿军战士，尤其是“冰雕连”英烈。这些言论引发网友愤怒，并向微博方面举报了其不法行为。
Luo, who has more than 2 million followers on Sina Weibo, posted humiliating remarks on CPVs when joining in some netizens' discussions over the newly-released movie The Battle at Lake Changjin.He used puns to humiliate CPVs stationed in their positions and were frozen to death when performing tasks. Such move angered many Chinese netizens who went to report his illegal activities to Sina Weibo.

而在当年的抗美援朝战场上，7连的原型是这样的一支英雄连队：志愿军第27军80师239团4连，新兴里战斗模范连！

1950年11月，抗美援朝战争第二次战役打响，4连作为尖刀连冒着严寒天气一路前插。他们被授予的任务是连夜穿插，直插到美军31团团部。
70多年过去了，时任4连连长李昌言仍觉得那个寒夜从未走远。
当时，李昌言带领战士参加围歼新兴里之敌的战斗。当他和战友们到达长津湖时，迎接他们的是朝鲜50年一遇的寒冬，夜晚最低降至-40℃左右的气温，几乎把那里变成了生命绝境。

11月27日，随着夜幕降临，远处透过来的微弱光亮吸引了4连连长李昌言的注意。他带领着战士悄悄摸了过去在打死了一小股敌人后，寒冷和饥饿袭来。战士们钻进帐篷，开始搜索所有可以御寒的物品。
指导员庄元东扯下一块彩色的方形“毯子”披在身上。突然，帐篷外传来枪声庄元东立刻扔掉那块毯子，带领战士们加入战斗。

4连的战士利用地形向前跃进，包抄敌人，美军被这贴身战术打得措手不及。除一部仓皇而逃外，大部当场被歼。
那时，4连的战士们还不知道他们的对手是号称“北极熊团”的美军第7师31团。他们竟然一举捣毁了“北极熊团”团指挥所。

In November of 1950, the 4th company, 239th Regiment, 80th Division under the CPV’s 27th Army accidentally encountered the Regimental Combat Team 31(RCT-31) of the US Army in Sinhung-ni Region, east of the Chosin Reservoir in northern DPRK. The 4th Company fought tenaciously and destroyed the commanding post of the US Regimental Combat Team 31 and captured its flag. The 4th company was awarded the title of the "Model Company of Sinhung-ni Battle" by the 27th Army.
而那块曾被指导员披在身上的“毯子”，就是“北极熊团”的团旗。此战前营部的一位炊事班班长，委托通信班班长找块蒸笼布蒸馒头用。无意中发现了这面旗帜后来，战士们才知道这块布原来就是“北极熊团”的团旗。

这一战创造了志愿军在整个抗美援朝战争中唯一一次全歼团建制美军的战例。从此美军序列中，也不再有“北极熊团”。志愿军当年缴获的北极熊团旗，现被珍藏在中国人民革命军事博物馆，经修复后展出。

而在新兴里战斗中，4连共击毙敌300余人，缴获榴弹炮12门，控制了长300米、宽100米的阵地。1950年12月，该连被志愿军第27军授予“新兴里战斗模范连”称号。
后来，“新兴里战斗模范连”经多次转隶整编为陆军第82集团军某旅4连。在战火中淬炼出来的战旗精神如同火炬一般，在一代代4连人手中传递生生不息。
