庆祝中国共产党成立100周年“七一勋章”颁授仪式29日上午在北京人民大会堂金色大厅隆重举行。中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平向“七一勋章”获得者颁授勋章并发表重要讲话。习近平指出，今天受到表彰的“七一勋章”获得者，就是各条战线党员中的杰出代表。在他们身上，生动体现了中国共产党人坚定信念、践行宗旨、拼搏奉献、廉洁奉公的高尚品质和崇高精神。
President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, on June 29 conferred the July 1 Medal on model CPC members. Xi addressed the attendees after presenting the medals. Noting that the awardees have been outstanding representatives of CPC members on all fronts, Xi said they embody Party members' staunch faith, fighting and dedicated spirit, integrity and devotion, and loyalty to the Party's fundamental tenet.
