美国总统拜登9日签署一项行政令，撤销了此前针对中国互联网短视频社交平台TikTok、移动应用程序微信等多款中国应用程序的禁令。新的行政令要求美商务部对与“外国对手”相关的应用程序进行评估，并“酌情采取行动”。
U.S. President Joe Biden on Wednesday revoked and replaced executive orders targeting TikTok, WeChat and eight other software applications. The new order signed by Biden on Wednesday directed the U.S. Commerce Department to instead evaluate software applications connected with "foreign adversaries" under recent U.S. supply-chain security rules "and take action, as appropriate," according to the White House.
商务部新闻发言人高峰10日表示，美方撤销上届政府有关TikTok等应用程序的行政令，是朝着正确方向迈出的积极一步。我们希望美方公平公正地对待中国企业，避免将经贸问题政治化。
The U.S. move of revoking previous executive orders targeting Chinese software applications, including TikTok and WeChat, was a positive step in the right direction, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) said Thursday. China hopes the United States can treat Chinese firms in an equal and fair manner and avoid politicizing the economic and trade issues, MOC spokesperson Gao Feng said.
