英国首相约翰逊1月27日说，英国将加强入境管理，要求来自“红色名单”国家和地区的旅客入境后必须在指定住宿地强制隔离10天。 约翰逊27日在英国议会下院说，政府实施的这一新规是为了防止新冠病毒海外新变种的传播。
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said Wednesday that Britain will impose mandatory hotel quarantine for arrivals returning from "red list" countries. Travelers who return from "red list" countries will be placed in quarantine in government-designated accommodation such as hotels for 10 days, Johnson told lawmakers. Speaking at Prime Minister's Questions in the House of Commons (lower house of parliament), Johnson said the new measures are designed at preventing new coronavirus variants from abroad.
