年初以来，大阪、爱知等首都圈以外地区也病例激增， “第三波”疫情势头难以遏制。据共同社统计，累计感染人数超过10万人是在去年10月29日，超过20万人是在近两个月后的12月21日。之后仅用23天就达到30万人，在不到一半的时间内增加了10万人。

多地进入紧急状态
为遏制疫情蔓延，日本首相菅义伟13日宣布，大阪府、爱知县等7个府县从14日起进入紧急状态。
Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga on Wednesday declared a state of emergency in seven additional prefectures, including Osaka and Aichi, expanding the measure as Japan's cumulative total of coronavirus cases topped 300,000 amid a recent spike in infections.
新纳入紧急状态实施范围的地区包括东京北面的栃木县、中部岐阜县、西部兵库县和京都府以及西南部福冈县。

加上此前已宣布进入紧急状态的首都圈及周边3个县，从14日开始，日本全国47个都道府县中有11个将处于紧急状态，结束期限均为2月7日。
Including the Tokyo metropolitan area, which came under a state of emergency last week, a total of 11 prefectures covering more than half of the country's population and around 60 percent of its economy will remain under the measure through Feb. 7.
共同社报道，与一些国家的严格“封城”不同，日本实施紧急状态的地区只要求居民避免不必要外出，对违规人员没有处罚措施，学校不停课，敦促企业推行居家办公或安排轮班。餐饮店缩短营业时间，晚8时打烊。
Under the state of emergency, people in the affected areas will be asked to refrain from making unnecessary trips, and restaurants and bars will be requested to close by 8:00 p.m. Meanwhile, firms are encouraged to have employees work from home or stagger their shifts. Schools will not be asked to close during the emergency period.

暂停外国人员入境
菅义伟13日在记者会上宣布，将暂停作为例外允许的与中国、韩国等11个国家和地区间的商务相关人士往来。该措施将持续到基于新冠特别措施法的紧急事态宣言到期的2月7日。此前，日本政府去年12月26日发布消息称，该国从12月28日起，暂停来自所有国家和地区的新入境。不过，日本与中国、韩国等11个国家和地区开启的快捷通道（商务人员、留学生和技能实习生）可在一定条件下入境日本。
Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga on Wednesday said the entry of all non-resident foreign nationals into the country will be suspended as part of a coordinated effort to curb the further spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.The majority of entries were suspended in December, although travelers arriving on business and associated with some student programs from certain countries had been exempt from the tightening restrictions.
奥运会再延期？
面对日本疫情现状，有传言称东京奥运会可能再度取消或推迟。

针对这些消息，日本内阁官房长官加藤胜信1月13日回应表示，日本政府将继续为今年夏天举办东京奥运会和残奥会做准备。

Mori later said on another occasion that the Olympics will never be postponed again, according to Kyodo news agency.

Over 80 percent of people in Japan say this year's Tokyo Olympics should be cancelled or delayed as worries mount regarding a record surge in coronavirus cases across the country, a Kyodo News poll indicated on. The survey suggested 35.3 percent want the Games to be cancelled and 44.8 percent favored another delay.

据新华社报道，按照东京奥组委的计划，奥运会测试赛将在3月4日重启，遍及全国的奥运会火炬接力也将在3月底开始。3月，将是一个关键的时间节点，希望全世界能够控制住疫情，也希望东京2032，最终只是一个传言。
