据11月13日发布的《2020研究前沿》报告显示，中国的学术影响力进一步扩大。在学术活动及影响力层面中国在四个领域全球领先，仅次于美国，后者在七个领域排名第一。今年，中国在“农业科学、植物学和动物学”“化学与材料科学”“数学”“信息科学”4个领域全球领先。
China’s academic influence has made new progress, according to the report Research Fronts 2020 published on Nov 13. China now ranks first in four major areas of scientific research in terms of academic activity and influence, only trailing the US, which leads in seven. The four categoriesare: agricultural sciences, botany and zoology; chemistry and materials science; mathematics and information science.
