据新华社报道，国务院办公厅日前印发《关于加强石窟寺保护利用工作的指导意见》，其中提出限制特定石窟的游客承载量，以应对潜在的过度旅游现象。该《通知》旨在妥善保护并利用文化古迹，为游客提供更好的旅游体验。《通知》提出鼓励网络预约、电子票务、错峰参观等措施。
To cope with potential overtourism at grotto relics, China plans to set limits on carrying capacities for certain sites, according to Xinhua. It will realize better conservation and use of cultural heritage and offer a better touring experience. Measures such as online reservations, digital ticketing and staggered visiting times are also encouraged.
