And they will soon find out the answer in the book Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family, set to be released on Aug 11. It is written by royal journalists Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand who have covered the Sussexes extensively.

The Duchess wanted the publication date bumped up. “If Meghan had it her way, the book would be released tomorrow instead of three months from now. She said the book will finally set the record straight and show the world why they were left with no other choice than to leave the royal life,” an insider exclusively told the Daily Mail.
