社交焦虑(social anxiety)
其实没有你想得那么可怕↓

视频开始
小哥表示
其实“人们根本不在乎你在干什么
(People do not care at all.)”

 
他走进商场
坐到桌边休息的陌生人旁说
“如果我坐在这些正在休息的陌生人旁边,
几分钟过后他们就会忘记。”

 
“If I sit down next to these random people while they're chilling, they're just gonna forget a few minutes later.”

之后,他走到街头
随手把一个气球递给路人
而路人也下意识的接了下来


小哥又来到繁忙的路边站到花坛上
继续边拍摄边说
“现在所有人都在盯着我看,
但几分钟后他们就会忘记。
就算他们还记得,
那又如何?
这并不会影响我。
我今天接下来仍会做我想做的事。”
 
“All these people are staring at me and they'll just all forget in a few minutes from now. And even if they don't forget, so what? It doesn't affect me. I'm still gonna do what I want to do for the rest of my day.”

他劝大家
“走出去,
做你一直想做的事
不要用社恐作为借口”

 
“Just go out and do what you've been wanting to do. Quit using social anxiety as an excuse. ”

他指出
逃避只会让你越来越“社恐”
想要摆脱它
必须改变心态,勇敢面对:
“每当你想做一件事
但因为社恐没能去做
只会让自己越来越逃避这种焦虑
但如果你直面社交焦虑
那你最终会爱上这种感觉
用不了几个月
你就会焕然一新”
 
 
“Every time you get the idea of doing something but you don't do it because of anxiety. You're literally training yourself to avoid anxiety. If you start chasing your anxiety, you will become addicted to chasing your anxiety. And over a few months, you'll be a completely different person.”
