CNN's Chris Cuomo says America in the wake of the death of George Floyd is 'a tale of two cities,' and called for 'majority and minority to unite together' in order for the country to be at its best.
"
America as a tale of two cities, one the majority, one the minority. The last three months exposed these parallel Americas."
“Please don't just see the death of George Floyd, see all of it.”
“A friend of mine, celebrated American and African American asked me in a broken voice
‘Why doesn't America love us? Why did they do this to us?’ And he wasn't just talking about this latest case, he was talking about all of it.”
“A house divided cannot stand. United we stand, divided we fall. We are all in it together.”
“How many times must we try to teach the same lesson?”
